By signing up to be a part of the Wake County Chapter, you information will be placed in our Chapter database.  We collect various information in order to ensure that we send you information your family needs — i.e. we ask for your family member with autism’s year of birth so we send you information pertinent to the age of that person, such as elementary school vs. adult resources.

This database is used to send out periodic Chapter announcements and our newsletter.

This information will not be shared, sold or given to anyone else to use with the exception of the Autism Society of NC’s database, which provides quarterly newsletters, email updates, and alerts. There is no charge for this service!

After you enter your information and click on the submit button, you will receive a confirmation email — which you must act upon to complete the database subscription.  Links to our Chapter Yahoo Chat Groups will also be include, please subscribe if you wish.  These Chat Groups are an excellent parent-to-parent resource and are not part of our Chapter database, so separate sign up is required.
