Money should be no obstacle to dancing the night away at the school prom.
That’s why the former Nordstrom in Montclair became the site for a unique shopping experience Saturday, March 16.

The nonprofit Cinderella Dreams again offered free prom dresses, shoes and accessories to girls looking forward to attending the big dance.
More than 200 girls in the Chaffey Joint Union High School District signed up for the opportunity. Perusing racks at the former department store at Montclair Place, they got assists from volunteers to find the right outfits.
Montclair Place businesses that lent a hand by providing beauty tutorials or food included Sephora, Macy’s Beauty, MAC Cosmetics, MOXLA, Mia Salon Aveda, Auntie Anne’s and Cinnabon, a news release states.
Last year, Cinderella Dreams dressed 135 girls.
The Chaffey district serves Ontario, Montclair, Rancho Cucamonga and parts of Fontana, Upland, Chino, and Mount Baldy.
