Fraud is top of mind for every broker that we talk to. To sell freight on the phone, our AI has to know the latest compliance information available, and many brokers use RMIS from Truckstop to manage their onboarding and carrier monitoring.🚀 I'm thrilled to share that we've officially become part of the Truckstop Partner Community. Our AI can check carrier MCs through RMIS to detect fraud and help you grow your network of trusted carriers. No more wasted calls from unwanted carriers!#TruckstopPartners #TrustedNetwork

We've launched negotiation module v2.0! Felice counters carrier bids and can flex the counter based on lead time to pickup. v3.0 is already in the works!Stick around to the end of this call...this carrier had some amazing feedback for Felice 😎

We're handling more and more negotiation! Felice brought the carrier down from $800 to the target rate of $700. The broker team just had to pick up the phone and confirm the booking. Our customer just told us the load delivered yesterday!

Most carrier sales calls have something a little unique about them. In this one, Felice handled two things really well:1. Load notes that the load was not stackable. Gotta avoid OSD at the consignee!2. The carrier spelled out her MC number 5-"triple 9"-1-2 and we noted down the MC number perfectly. We're still working on handling long numbers better, but so close!

An AI for freight should be able to handle accents. I love this call!Felice handled the accent really well - she searched the correct origin city name even though the carrier was hard to understand. She also made sure to cover the load notes (liftgate, pallet jack, and driver assist) really well.Drop me a note if you want to try covering some loads with Felice 🤖

Relationships are never going away entirely, but it feels like a lot of an operator's day is (1) waiting on a response for a customer quote (2) waiting for a carrier to get back to you on a bid (3) waiting on your PU appt to be confirmed... and that doesn't even cover all the CALLS that are low value or missed! The relationship comes into play knowing that there's a human accountable for the AI's actions. If anything, good tooling should take on the transactional work and free up time to go deeper on relationships
