Vanimal van racking and storage shelving is designed and produced on-site in Leeming Bar, North Yorkshire; shipping throughout the UK and all across Europe. Our Toyota Proace hexaboard van racking and shelving units are made from heavy-duty, high-quality, 12mm black Phenolic finish plywood. This provides an attractive and resilient textured finish, giving the van racks a strong, stable and durable build. The external facias are a hexagonal patterned textured Phenolic on one side and 120gm smooth Phenolic on the other.
These racks have been designed for a tailored fit that follows the body contours of the 2016- Toyota Proace SWB van, fitting snugly to the van sides.

With two, three-tier shelves and a total of 24 separate compartments, it gives you ample room to store tools, parts and loose items without worrying they’ll be all over the van when you get to your job.
All our Toyota Proace racking comes ready notched to accommodate bungee cords, as shown in product imagery. (Bungees not included)
Taking on-board customer feedback, we have changed the manufacturing process of our Phenolic treated racking systems; we have now added the anti-slip hexaboard textured surface to the inside of each compartment to help improve grip and maximise the security of your goods. The outside will now feature a smooth and easy clean finish. We advise drilling 3mm pilot holes before beginning to screw the racking together to prevent these smooth finish outside facias cracking.
Easy-Assembly Push Fit Racking & Shelving Design
The Vanimal branded van racking kit you’ll receive will arrive flat packed making it more manageable to handle and deliver. Full assembly instructions are included and it should take you around 10 minutes to put together with its easy-to-build push fit design (mortise and tenon joints). Although made of heavy-duty 12mm plyboard and a very ridged build, it is still lightweight, making it really simple to lift into the back of your van for installation.

Racking FAQs for Left Hand Drive Van Owners:
All our van racking is fully interchangeable so can be used on either the left- or right-hand side of the vehicle, meaning that it is perfect for LHD vans too.

We offer professional fitting services for all the van accessories we sell. Fitting is available at two locations in the UK, one in Yorkshire at Leeming Bar and the other in Coleshill, near Birmingham.
From roof racks and tow bars to alloys and body kits; we can fit any of the van accessories we supply. Our fitting team are professional, knowledgeable and provide a first-class service.
