How to set up PingID prisma Health? ›

Prisma Health is back in-network for UnitedHealthcare

The new agreement ensures that, effective immediately, Prisma Health hospitals, physician practices and other health care services are now in-network for all United Commercial and Medicare Advantage health insurance plans.

Prisma Health holidays – New Year's Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day plus one open holiday to be used for any holiday not previously mentioned (e.g., Easter, Juneteenth, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, etc.).

Ping provides the PingID software but your company manages the users of the software for end users. To help pair your new device, you will need to contact your companies IT team and they will be able to get your old phone unpaired and help to pair the new one.

The specific job that you perform doesn't matter, as long as you're employed by a qualifying employer. For example, if you're a full-time employee of a public school system, your employment would meet the requirements for PSLF, regardless of your position (teacher, administrator, support staff, etc.).

Make sure you're enrolled in a residency program that qualifies for PSLF. Residents working for several different employer types typically qualify for PSLF, including: Qualifying nonprofit hospitals or organizations. State hospital systems.

On your new device, open the PingID mobile app and scan the QR code or enter the pairing key. Your new device displays a green Authenticated message with a check mark, confirming the pairing of your new device is complete, your old device is unpaired, and your organization is added to PingID.

On your mobile device, open the PingID app to view the current OTP. Note: When you open PingID mobile app, update your location permissions to Allow all the time, if prompted to do so. The OTP refreshes each time you open the PingID app. To generate a new OTP, tap New Passcode.
